Lizzy and Sammy are a Mexican couple who are called to serve the Lord with all they have. They have been married for almost 3 years and have one young son, Samuel Eli. Her family loves to worship God and serve him with all they heart. Even though all their family members are in Mexico, God has blessed them with a family in Jesus Christ called the church where they enjoy having new adventures. Lizzy earned her Bachelors Degree in Early Education at Mexico (Colegio Labastida) and her Bachelors Degree in John Wesley Seminary in Mexico. Lizzy is a Licensed Local Pastor at West Ohio Conference and has been appointed to the Purple Door Church where she serves in our first Campus, St. Mark’s on the West Side of Columbus. Lizzy is the primary teaching pastor in our English service and leads our youth and kids and women's programs at our Spanish service. Lizzy also serves at Purple Door, leading the Community Ministries. She has a passion to preach, teach and share the gospel with everyone. She is bilingual and has been working to build a bridge between cultures and languages so we can be One church worshiping God as one body, bringing heaven to earth.
The Purple Door Church is Lizzy’s family. It is a place where God has show her His love, mercy and has filled her with passion to continue extending His kingdom here. If we live, we live for Christ.
